Well that is what I was thinking sometimes when I was looking at some portraits,some of them look like photos and Im well away from level they represent.I hope my hornet is going to get you going for better!! Let this drawing be your inspiration.

Oh most definitely. I aspire to be that good one day. Probably not until after college. I have been fairly busy lately with college and work. And it is going to get worse next semester when I start flight training.

Good luck with your flight training!! I didn't get far,only gliders and parachutes long time ago but thinking about doing gliders again.

Indeed. I used to go to Vulture's Row to watch the birds trapping. I'll have to post some old photos here- some of them look really good...!

went there a few times myself used to watch the night traps seeing how everyone else did them in order to try and get a little bit better at them myself

I couldn't go at night- I worked nightshift at the PME lab of AIMD. Sunrise was always amazing no matter where I looked on the weatherdecks!

thats true but day traps are 100 times more easy than night. I was always nervous during night traps

I can understand that- being alone above an empty sea and hoping the bird farm is where your TACAN, GPS, Radar and ILS tell you- if you can't find the wake first, and then at the last minute they turn on the lights only you can see...kinda like the neighbors at Halloween who don't want the kids to walk on the porch but open the door when the adult guests arrive for the party...
