Description
There are many tales and stories about the ancient Torgian forest.It is said, that the forest was once spread across all lands we know now. That the fallen trees formed the earth, and separated from the rest of the forest. And that their souls created the sentinels of the regions.
Others say, that if you stay in the forest for too long, you would turn into one of the trees. That the foliage feeds on the souls of the living, making them strong and impenetrable.
Some even say, that the trees are nothing but giants in disguise, awaiting their prey to wonder in a trap of darkness.
We all talk a lot, but what we imagine is nothing but the unknown.

A lil' concept for my headworld Torgua.
This here is the "Torgian forest". It's a place where no men have managed to affect with their foolish behaviour. Those who live there are uncivilized and wild, hidden from the world that has evolved outside of the forest. The trees are huge and hard as rock, and the leafage so thick, that no rays of the sun ever meets the ground. It is the most ancient and unscathed part of all Torgua, in which lies "The Torgian". It's the heart of the land, and supplies all the sentinels with life through it's thick and long roots reaching to all corners of Torgua.

It is a bit confusing to you guys, probably, since you don't know about things in my headworld haha, but i thought it could be fun to write it out either way!
Also, there's a Heeda in the middle for comparison of how big the trees are. (And Heeda is a tad bigger than an average wolf, so ye)
That place is also Heeda's and Malignus'es home!

Ooh gosh. This is awesome! Reminds me a lot of the dark forests in Lord of the Rings, or at least how I imagine them to look from the books, haha xD But really, the way it is drawn, the feeling it radiates, it's great! With Heeda down there (took me a while to find her xD) it conveys really well just how huge the trees are, and the lighting and general gloominess make it a little bit creepy as well, which I imagine is the point. xD
But oh boy, all that headworld lore, squeee! It's just wonderful, especially how half of it is told from the perspective of the world and its inhabitants ;u; Being able to compare the myths and the not-so-outrageous-but-still-strange reality of the forest is an awesome way to learn about the world :'D I might have a few questions if you don't mind x)
Also, are there any pirates in Torgua? The word reminds me of Tortuga a lot XD
"there's a Heeda in the middle" - Wait, a Heeda? There are more of them? XD
Oh, and that new watermark, it looks pretty snazzy! It was the first thing I saw in the entire picture. xD Unfortunately, the meaning in my mother tongue is rather... unpleasant when you separate the word like that >.<

Haha no, i didn't even try to base it from Tortuga or something :'P And there isn't much use or place for pirates as the only place someone can go by sea to is to the Torgian forest, and maybe from one side to another, but more or less the whole land is connected
