I may be a little biased, because I love your work, but this is truly amazing. Firstly, her expression is happy and relaxed, as if she is in one of those singing-disney-princess moments. You seriously drew her beautifully. Her hair is gorgeous and flowy, obviously showing she is underwater. Her body language is showing she is in peace and harmony. And I love how you've added the sparkles of light- it honestly enhances the entire thing. You've taken a mermaid who everyone knows and you've gone and made it your own. Ariel looks utterly stunning and I think that everyone else agrees. You are one very talented artist, viria.

So, I love your work for a long time, but that doesn't keep me for being strict in this critique. The vision is great! It gives a dreamy feeling. The long waving hair, and the closed eyes... Pink background.
Let's be fair. An drawing of an dreaming Arial is nog very original. She's constantly dreaming. But the tecnigue is great. I like the lightbolls in her hair and the way you drew her face. But her arm could better be behind her rightbreast, I think. If it's before it, her breast should be more compressed. Her right shoulder looks a little weird, because it is that sharp. I know she lifts her shoulder but it could be a rounder form. Her clavicle on her right should be next to the the little round above her breast, I think. It's a little to high now. The left one looks better, but the clavicle could be a little closer to the round too. I think it would be better if you made it one form. The round with the clavicles attached to it.
But the beautifully drawn hair makes up for it! I like how you only used pastel colours for the atmosphere. Well done!
