Unfortunately the photo is blurry because of weather conditions and stuff but at least irl it looks good! Ah, look away for all the poor souls whose in their diet, cuz this isn't something that's low-calorie...

And unfortunately she would not approve of this recipe because.. it's not authentic. No parmeggiano reggiano because I'm cheap and uses Kraft cheddar cheese instead cuz it's inexpensive and available everywhere in my country. It's not like i don't want to invest my time and money in cooking, i absolutely would want to, but i still live with my parents and something foreign like parmesan cheese is just too expensive here. I also used heavy cream for this, and yeah that's no authentic too.

But at least, for me, it tastes good and everything is homemade so i can eyeball all the calories and the ingredients into making this. And the fettuccine is homemade, too.
I would give this an 8/10, for the lack of authenticity to the alfredo recipe, and terrible platting.
