Nobody's born being amazing at art. It takes a lot of practice. There's a myth out there that art is something you're either good at or you're not. That's not true. Everyone starts off at different levels but we can all improve so long as we try hard and draw often.
Don't count yourself out. Just keep drawing and you'll get better.

well, rly it depends on the complicity. humans and gijinkas(and some more complicated furries/anthros) are hard, while simpler characters and most inadamant things are easy as heck- ooh... bad idea eating that bacon cheeseburger... I dont feel so good...

I was thinking of doing this meme too, I have the base and all. I just can't decide which ones I'd choose when there are many Pokémons with the same type that I really like. xD

It was hard for me to decide too, but of my favorites I picked whichever ones I felt would be easiest to draw in a human style. I'm kind of proud of this piece actually

Luxray use dark moves but aren't Dark types... x.x oi vey. And Gyarados look like dragons, but aren't' dragons! Confusing ;_; But Cloyster was going to be on that meme somewhere, no matter what type I had to chose... It's my absolute fave pokemon

Yes, and I feel very sad for the motherless Cubone in the Gameboy games. 
That has confused me too. x.x I actually thought that Luxray was Dark/Normal or something. Gyarados is like Charizard - they look like dragons but aren't the Dragon type.

I don't know if I ever caught Cubone... I tried to catch Marowak a couple of times but it always turned out to be just a spirit. Oh well.
Luxray looks dark. And it uses dark movies like Bite and ThunderCrunch, so I always just assumed it was an Electric/Dark type. I knew Charizard was Fire/Flying... because it can fly. I didn't think Gyarados could fly (because of the anime) I knew it could use "levitate" in the games but I didn't think that affected what type it was x.x Plus I think Gyarados can use Dragon Rage or Dragon pulse or something. Feh, confusing. When I marry Brock he'll be sure to straighten all this out for me

I don't think you can catch a Marowak in the Pokémon Tower. It's Cubone's mother who is a spirit, you only need to defeat it. :3 But you can find him in Victory Road (Red/Blue) or in Cerulean Cave (Yellow).
Just like my point.
And yes, Gyarados can use Dragon Rage (remember the episode where James got pissed off on his Magicarp?), but Dragon Pulse... I know there is an attack called Water Pulse.

I've never seen one in the game but when I made my trainers card the Shiny blastoise was Green (with a purple shell, I think) I had to have it.

They're very rare. You need much luck to find ONE. x.x I think in my Sapphire version I've got one or two shiny Pokémon... but none in Red or Blue I guess. <_<

Ah, thank you so much! ^__^ I'm in love with all of them lol. I tried to make them look as bishounen as possible while still having them look like pokemon, but you actually named a few of my favorites there. I'm really proud of this, so It's great to get some positive feedback ^_^

Ha, yeah I know... but when playing pkm diamond I found that Luxray was useful because it could use electric attacks as well as Bite which is a dark type move. Plus, it looked the part so I figured I could get away with it...
I think Luxray's secondary type should be dark, I'm surprised it isn't, lol.
That, and I really wanted to pick Raichu as my favorite Electric type

It's just that Gyarados doesn't use any flying type moves. Half his attacks are dragon type, oi vey, confusing.
I should just stop judging pokemon by their moves, lol.

No problem. The fact that most "dragontype" trainers always use Gyarados can also be a little misleading... And I don't even know why they gave it a flying type... aside from immunity to ground attacks, which wouldn't have hurt it much anyway, and a needless extra weakness to electricity, it doesn't really do much for it...
And I wasn't trying to be mean or anything. You don't fail. Gyarados is just very misleading. ^ ^;;
If I remember right, its flying type has something to do with a Japanese myth involving a similar creature (similar to Golduck being based heavily on a Kappa), so that's why they gave it the types they did. As for usefulness as a Pokemon, it doesn't really make much sense, tho. >.>
