This is a recreation of the 1990s Catwoman, featuring the iconic purple outfit, and made in Saints Row (2022). There were some variations of this version in the comics, both showing her long hair, and some having it fully covered. In this case, I could not have her hair shown with the mask on, due to in-game limitations.
