the eye is wierd because the resolution is crappy. if you download, it should look better. it doesnt really have a pupil though because it is one of the elements, and that is how i wanted to do it. and also, if you look, most of my picture have a white line around them. it helps people see the entire horse, especially the 2 back legs, which without the line looked like they were the same leg >,< the line is just a style preference though i guess. a lot of people do it though soo .

well the -glitter- is just a brush on PS that looks like a star. i change the spacing and scatter options soo i get the glitter affect. as for the light, i make strokes according to position of the light source on a new layer, then gaussian blur and lower the opacity.
