Description

A shy awkward electricity dragon who is easily excitable when people show interest in her hobbies and obsessions. Due to her ice heritage she appears far more pale compared to other electricity dragons, and her element reflects this as it's color is that of a pale blue.

This character is basically a crack ship child, if you can guess her parents I will give you 10 shekels. I had the idea for this character/design floating around for a few months after an art event in the TloS discord server waaay back in February.

Drawing in the TloS style again (or close to it because I REFUSE TO DRAW STICK WINGS) is very nostalgic, tried to mimic the concept are as close as I could.
