I like your use of colors in this one. It's refreshing and different. Most of the time the sky is the colorful one and the sea is left dark and colorless.

yes that is all pen tool using AI cs2 i don't have a tablet that why i can't use any brush thank for your wonderful comment I really glad that you like it

I started that way too but I think with your skills using the pen tool you could possibly do the same thing with the pen tool, duplicate the line or make a similar one then use the blur tool combined with a puppet warp and come up with the same result as using a tablet. I'm somewhat new to vector illustration but I think it helps once in a while when I don't have my tablet with me.
