Country: Ursowa
The country of Ursowa is the biggest one placed on Alteva continent. The country is divided into two separated parts by Peryton Mountains. The north part focuses mostly on science while the south part on the military. Both parts are completely different from each other but they co-exist providing each other with different goods. The north has a strong relationship with scientists and thanks to it provides the latest technology to the country while the south develops military and gain money having "army for rent". Both parts have separated capitals and presidents but they deny splitting up.
City: Dracmoor
Being one of two capitals of its country, Dracmoor is a large city with all sorts of goods. It's located in the north, near the sea, on Inessa river. The plains around the city are conducive to its enlarging. There are all types of transport near the city and there is one of the biggest train stations in the world. The tram and metro connections are precisely done to make travels as fast as possible. Buildings are usually high and modern although suburbs have a more traditional look. The city owns great universities which educate the greatest scientists on the continent. The city planning is made to create lots of free space filled with all sorts of parks. Dracmoor focuses on high tech industries and science, providing the local scientist associations with additional funds.

Dahanaidel is one of the main national scientists in his country. His work varies from being an errand boy to managing big, international projects but his favorite type of work is researching new devices (mainly all kinds of a prosthesis) and chemicals. Superiors try not to give him important tasks because of his absentmindedness although they respect him and his skills. He has two specializations: chemistry and physics, but he is trying to get the third one: biology. He aspires to become an international scientist and work on the main island.

As a mule, Dahanaidel's brain didn't have an occasion to grow in a natural for horses way. As a result of it, his short-term memory is very weak and his understanding of people emotions is affected too. He cannot remember much of the things without writing them down. He also might think that he already did something when in reality he did not. He has problems recognizing the disposition of others to him and he rather assumes their emotions than identify them. His acting sometimes may be chaotic and scatterbrained, treating everything trivially.
He loves being around people and works with them. He especially loves when they have the same passion as his. He could talk for hours only to ensure himself entertainment in this way. He wants to get to know everyone closely.
Even if he might be a bit carefree, he takes his job very seriously. He needs to check everything few times (mostly because he managed to forget he checked it already) and examine every single stage of each project. He is always happy to extend his knowledge.

Dahanaidel was definitely not a planned child. Copulation with any non-horse equine is highly forbidden in his country. Nevertheless, such cases happen quite often. His mother got pregnant by mistake at a party. She tried to get rid of him during the early stages of pregnancy but her efforts were wasted.
He was born healthy physically, his mental health could not be checked at that moment though. Being a mule, there was a possibility of him needing full life health care but fortunately for him, he was strong enough to live quite a normal life.
All his childhood he was treated as something unwanted by his mother. She didn't take care of him so he was pretty much on his own. He didn't have many friends. Other children thought of him as a weirdo, mainly because of his appearance but his personality took a role in this as well. He has difficulty learning basic skills like talking or recognition of emotions. His short-term memory almost did not exist. However, learning school subjects was more than easy for him. Teachers noticed it quickly and tried to support him as much as they could.
Having a lot of free time at home, Dahanaidel began to experiment with chemicals. He adored chemistry and thought it would be fun to do something all by himself. With mother never coming to his room in the basement, it was an easy task.
His experiments were not the most successful ones. With his memory, he has always forgotten what he was adding. His eyesight became worse and worse to the moment he could not even read what he was adding to his "mixtures" and so, he could not write it down. Eventually, his mother bought him reading glasses thanks to teachers noticing his defect of vision.
Time has passed and Dahanaidel continued learning. He was a champion in science and mathematics. At home, he still was playing with chemicals as a hobby. However, this hobby almost has killed him. Being a reckless soul, he often was throwing his creations at the floor and spilled them at himself by mistake. His mother didn't care about him so she has never checked if he was okay while Dahanaidel has always been too busy to care about a bit of pain. His legs suffered the most and he was covering them with bandages to hide scars. One day, one of his acids spilled at his neck. He has this acid on his legs in the past and so it was not a big problem for him. To his surprise, he was out of bandages. He decided to check if there are some upstairs. The mother noticed his wounds and panicked, taking him to the nearest hospital.
His neck wounds were cleaned and doctors decided to check what is happening to his legs as the young stallion could not stand still. It came out that his legs were almost completely decomposed. He himself claimed he didn't feel any pain and that it is just how he is. He confessed he has been playing with chemicals as it was his passion. Doctors could not save his legs as years of damage destroyed them completely. He got provided some cheap prosthetic legs as a replacement
His mother was deprived of parental rights no long after this incident. Dahanaidel didn't want to leave his mother but he had no choice. He was taken to the nearest orphanage. At his age and with his look, he had no chances for adoption, at least it was what he heard from the workes.
He focused on school. Without having his own place to do experiments, he started to participate in extra classes. He broadened his knowledge not only in school but also by reading many books from the local library. He was spending his free time either reading or working in the school laboratory. Even though his main focus was on science, he was fascinated by how his prosthesis works and tried to learn to make them. After all, he was growing and soon he would need new ones.
Some time later Dahanaidel made himself his first prosthetic leg prototype. It was not perfect but either was not bad. With the small fund, he could not work on anything spectacular so the design was easy. His teachers helped him a bit with everything but they still were impressed.
Years have passed and the stallion became the pride of his school. Being just a normal high school in a small city, they were very proud of their talented student, even if he had big problems with humanities. Thanks to the scholarships he was receiving, he was able to often participate in scientific competitions, thus be noticed by the scientist organization (*kill me, I need a name for it*).
After finishing high school, he was not sure what to do with his life. He could no longer stay in the orphanage and had no place to live in. He didn't want to stop his education but with no stable income, he could not apply to any college. He had some time to find a job before moving from the orphanage though.
The orphanage workers knew about his passion for science and motivated him to at least ask about any scholarship possibilities from the organization. Dahanaidel sure has sent the latter but didn't have much hope.
Not long after that, he received a reply. The organization had noticed him in the past many times and so, proposed him a deal. The official organization colleges have specific rules, one being that "if you survive the first year, the next ones are free". Only about 1% of all students graduate so this rule was not something ridiculous, especially as after the first year, around 70% of students get expelled. The college he got the proposition from provides accommodation and alimentation, the only thing needed was money for the first year. There the deal proposed by the college comes. Dahanaidel would get provided the whole year for free in exchange for working here as a cleaner and help. Seeing them having such faith in him filled him with optimism. He went there immediately to accept the proposition.
The student life began for him. He studied thoroughly and worked hard to made it into the next year, where he would have free time to work on personal projects. Everyone around was very skeptic towards him because of his breed and recklessness.
He passed his first year with no problems and no longer had to work. Having the whole university and all resources available, he could finally develop his passion. He began experimenting and improving his prosthesis making skills. Every year was harder and harder to pass but the stallion managed to do it quite well. Through all these years he made a lot of prototype prosthesis and also managed to improve in chemistry.
He graduated with his last project being his own prosthetic legs, fully controlled by nerve connection and automatized. In contrast to people graduating from non-official universities, Dahanaidel got the job as a national scientist without needing to do any special projects and taking any special exams.
Working in a real scientific field came to him naturally. He got two specializations, chemistry and physics. In the beginning, he worked only on small projects because of his superior having no trust in him but through time he began getting more important tasks. His goal was to become an international scientist. He tried to pass the test twice but examiners rejected him, claiming that the ideas he was presenting were "not intuitive enough".
Dahanaidel is still trying his best doing his job and tries his best to find these "intuitive" ideas to follow his dreams.

- Even if he already graduated, he likes to visit the college in his free time, to learn more things. (as an official scientist, he has full right to do it)
- He has some kind of destructive aura and everything he touches tends to broke.
- He has a bit "delayed reaction" and might notice things after some time, e.g. cut himself and notice it after a few hours.
- His pain resistance is weirdly high which causes only problems.
