Description
Don Rosa has created the Clan McDuck, he’s given his favourite character a family and a rich historical background, so I thought I’d do the same for my dearest Disney Duck character – Magica DeSpell!Here I will introduce to you the members of the DeSpell Clan, an old and powerful family of witches and wizards.
Most of the characters are my creation, but some already existed beforehand and I just adopted them and modified them a bit according to my personal views.
I’ll provide some info about them and what they’re like and – of course – my illustrations .

*1503 †1751 younger sister of Karoline and Lucrezia married to Corvidus, mother of Magica Appearance: petite and feminine hourglass figure ~ ebony-black, wavy hair of waist-length ~ hazel almond-shaped eyes, painted with blue-ish violet eyeshadow
highly skilled witch with great knowledge and power (considered as the most gifted of the three sisters, magically-wise) brilliant mind with ambition and great inquisitiveness, but also a strong sense of justice sanguine, emotional person with a rather fiery Mediterranean temper, when angry quite prone to biting sarcasm in spite of her liveliness a caring and devoted wife and mother, who would do anything for the ones she loves her animal spirit was a raven named EleanoreDisclaimer:

Concerning Magica:
I've adored her since I was a little girl, she was my role model back then .... and now that I'm in my late twenties I love her just the same. She still is my most admired heroine! ^w^
Though I have to admit my take on her differs a bit from the common perspective. I always have my own views about the characters I care about.
When it comes to my love for the pairing Magica/$crooge it's quite similar to that. I'm shipping it for almost fifteen years - most enthusiastically and not caring about whether others may like it or not.
But it's always a great pleasure to meet like-minded persons, since there aren't many (unfortunately), I suppose.

I started reading Uncle Scrooge comics when I was like 8 and Magica was immiediatley my favorite

Magica's just gorgeous, isn't she!?
The only thing that upsets me concerning some of the comics or the DuckTales series is when they make her appear somewhat ridiculous, or - even worse - when they refer to her as "evil", which is - to my mind - utter nonsense, just stupid and painfully superficial black and white portrayal that does human nature, which is far more complex, scarcely any justice.
These portrayals are just depriving her of her depth and sublimity as an actually pretty complex and powerful character.
She definitely deserves better! v_v
