He's going to escapeth the windbourne's though so I'm not sure what herd he'll end up!

Awww, I kinda know that feeling. I really badly want to make Hagen's son, but since it's almost impossible to get a purebred breeding, I'd need a starter, but to get a starter into blackwood, it needs to be open. XD

Ohyes, Starling would sure totally be up for a little adventuring buddy.
Starling can be found everywhere in TWI, his adventures know no limits. ;3
He already got a number of friends in silverthorne and glenmore, but I doubt any of them really has room for a little fosterfawn.
