Description whoo~ Finally finished |DD

We had an art trade for the members of Team Rocket over at #PokePlatform and I got ~Glompage-aiko 's Leon ;u; <3

He's such a cutie. omgah~ I squealed when I got him haha~ I've been meaning to draw some fan art, but I get distracted with other things |D

I also decided to try something different with my shading and picture application...but its currently under the experimental. Haven't decided if its really worth the time and attention.
