Gradually practising making banners.... and here's my second go
Features Suigintou from Rozen Maiden. I didn't know much about technique until I posted this tag on a graphics forum asking for advice and they were very helpful. I learnt more about the "flow" and people made observations that I was totally oblivious to. I got feedback that "it has potential" which I was very pleased about and also grateful for people to take the time to give criticism.
