This is very beautiful and serene, I really love the hair, it's delicate and I like the highlights. I also like the ears, Mermaids are magical and fairylike, so pointed ears are a must
The bubbles should be much lighter, if they are bubbles. If they are pearls they are very nice, just need to be anchor to something. This whole painting is lovely!
