She is the High Priest of Christopher Wideawake, and you know that thing where you wake up at 3 am and your brain decides that it's the perfect moment to remind you of that thing you did in school which made everyone laugh at you for a week? That's Violet.She remembers everything you would rather forget. And then she reminds you.

Hey again! Here from ProjectComment Tag game.
So my tagword is 'Cute', and as I was going through your gallery...man, did it have a number of utterly adorable creatures! However I had to pick one, and this is the most recent, so Violet it is!
First of all, I want to say you are so uniquely creative, and all of your creations are so lifelike, despite being fictional, and/or composed of different types of animals mixed together. Your knowledge of anatomy makes them all very realistic. Violet specifically looks like an actual plushie I would so own! Even at the expense of her evil nature. About that as well, I love the aspect of a cute creature holding such an opposing personality. And though she seems harmlessly cute at first glance due to vivid colours and flower pattern, the shadow under her eyes gives off that creepy vibe hidden under the innocent facade. The effect is just expertly done.
Now, for colouring, I'm personally not a fan of watercolours nor colour pencils, as they always seem so faint, but my god is that not the case here! At first I thought this was digitally done, because they are so solid, the lines and edges are smooth, and overall the piece looks very tidy! I have to mention the colour palette itself as well, since usually having such a broad spectrum can appear overwhelming, but again, this is an exception, and all colours are well balanced.
I'm honestly having a hard time finding anything to critique improvement wise, so maybe just the fact her grounded leg seems slightly thin to support the upper body? Other than that little detail, there is really nothing wrong I can find with this little chick. So I'll leave it at this.

Violet is an actual handmade plushie that I own, by the way, although, not to be unfair to her, I made her look a lot cooler than she really is.
I am very fussy over the quality of my coloured pencils and paints. I like working with strong pigments and intense colours, so I tend to buy similarly intense materials!
That grounded leg was about the only part of this that bothered me too, so it's good to know I wasn't alone in being suspicious about it.
