PriLeom is usually a sweet and cheerful person around, although that he still struggling to move on from his childhood tragedy in the past war 14 years ago. He is currently crowned as a leader of the Principality of Mango in his tender age of 10, only to be internationally recognized 8 years later. Aside from being a royal doing some royal businesses, he is more an entrepreneur and a very friendly person to his people and other kinds, making him really popular in his own nation and overseas.

A fashionable person, he tends to break the traditional costumes in favor of more Western and Filipino styles, making the Principality of Mango more distinctive than it's Mango Kingdom counterpart ruled by his sister and his brother. His mango-shaped mask was never being removed in a public sight, earning a moniker of a "Masked Royal of the Mangoes", the purposes of his mask are to hide his hideous scarred part of his face, and a back-up in case of amnesia, plus it's very difficult to remove his mask unless you were him or his butler Alexis.

He speaks in English, Filipino, and a smattering of Spanish. English is used for political, friendship, and formal use, while Filipino is used for his informal and leisure matter.

He might get annoying if he is interested to a certain person (typically a vampire or similar kind), usually he likes to be friends with them, probably due that he has a vampire butler.

Has a pair of cats namely, Mimiw the stray cat, and Muning, a mango cat. He also have a goldfish named Wiwi who swims upside down, and finally, he also owns a pair of hamsters, Oreo and Potato.

His Mango race is very friendly, hospitable, caring and has green thumbs (being an agricultural princedom.)
