I think any program really would be good for beginners because then you get to learn the program itself and you get used to it! The last program I was using was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay different than SAI and I did this drawing first time I used SAI just by messing around, so I guess it would be fairly easy for beginners, but either way it's an amazing program and I definitely recommend it!
