SOOOO BLUE. When's the last time I did Zelda fanart?
Well I've finally done one. Here's the Water dragon, Faron, from
Legend of Zelda: Skyward sword! I loved her design as soon
as I saw her in the game and I had to draw her!
...and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It was fun making this
painting look 'magical' with the blue fire, all the glowey bits and the
shiny water [Which I know is not that great]. I loved painting it~
EDIT: Changed the water, I didn't like how it looked before.
Completely done in Paint tool SAI.

It is just like Pokemon.
In original Japanese, Suicune, Entei and Raikou "Legendary Cats", but incorrect translation, the American way, they have become "Legendary Dogs" which is not true. XDDD

Umm, Faron is female in German, I know this because I visit the wiki (I translated it in translate.google.com/m/transla⦠. Try it out!) But there is still a chance that Faron is male in the Japanese version of the game. (I have to look it up)

I don't trust wiki of any art. xΒ°D
I trust that what i see and read. For example, everybody tell you, Sheik is female. But in OoT Sheik is male, Navi call Sheik "He" or "man", in german and english version, even in the Remake. In the Wiki you only read "female" because most of the fans ignore the fact, what Navi calls and the manly Body. Zelda is a World full of Magic. She change her gender with magic, Iris colour and light skin to caramel skin colour, to hide of Ganondorf. It is so easy to understand! Even one of the member of Nintendo write Sheik in the old time of OoT as a male and in Many Magazine Sheik was male. But NOH, female only since Smash Bros!
And because of that, i don't trust Wiki, i trust the game, what i see there and what i read! xD

I know, you know you can acually go ask the fire dragon about information about Faron. He may say Faron's real gender. Okay I know that the Spanish version Faron is a female (I know this because I am a Hispanic that knows there Spanish) . You know I don't trust wikis either.Β

I thought the dragons were awesome, and yours is awesome also! The only thing was, was that I was kind of disappointed. I've seen them do awesome dragons on zelda games, and I was expecting something... different. Like wings.
But ah well. it was still awesome.
