Description Standard Yugo SKS made to look like an AK47. Added a pistol grip, scope and extended 30rnd magazine.

Painted the middle, sort of an art project gun.

Still a crappy SKS, but it looks cooler.

If anyone has any AK/SKS questions ask, avoid East-block firearms, buy Russian...Izmash, or US made, the East block rifles are pieced together out of whats on hand and don't match numbers.

Eastern Block SKS rifles are not pieced together out of what was on hand.

It's a Yugo, with the swing out bayonet and the fixed grenade launcher.

It has feeding problems as does many SKS's...their no AK. The only advantage over the AK is they are more accurate.

It's in like new condition, or it was when I bought it. It's Romanian so I doubt it saw any combat.

My WWII German, British and American guns all saw combat.

In fact I own two guns with paperwork, the first [link] was a Nazi officers pistol, who wrote his name in the holster. The US soldier who took it crossed out the Germans name and wrote in his own. The US war capture paperwork states the US GI name.

The second is a my German Steyr Hahn [link] and it also has the capture paperwork and it came with a captured nazi flag with all the US GI's signatures that captured the base written on it!!!

It also came with the original stripper clips, the old man who sold it to me wanted to keep everything with the gun as it is historically significant.

how much did both pistols cost?

How much did they cost? Well I got one of them really cheap...insanely cheap. The Pistole M27 (the silver one) I only paid $250 (it's worth about $1200) and it came with the original holster.

The Steyr-Hahn cost $750 and came with the captured flag and stripper clips and is most likely worth $900-1100 today in it's condition.

So both total I only spent $1000, a little less than half what their worth!

how much does your Mauser c96 cost? and how does your AK cost?

The Mauser c96 cost me $700 and the shoulder stock for it cost me about $100. I have a deluxe velvet lined case for it and an extra leather WWI style holster for it as it's one of my favorite guns.

The AK only cost me $350, and came with two 30rnd magazines and came in almost brand new condition and has NEVER jammed or failed to work ever.

How much does the Browning HP cost?

The Browning HP is a somewhat rare gun in the type that I own. It's a WWII Nazi waffenmarked version that is a trophy gun (war capture) taken by a US GI. I spent about $700 bucks for it and bought it from an old man named "Pappy" (who I also bought my c96 from) at a gun show.

It's a great gun, points really well and kinda feels like an instinctive extension of your arm when shooting it. I guess thats one reason everyone used them in WWII, both Axis and Allies.
