I couldn't see the changes at first, but now I see them in the legs and the sides of the torso. Really fantastic improvements. They keep the spirit and intent of the set design completely intact while still correcting its deficiencies, which is what I always love to see in a revamp.
I wonder if the set might have originally looked something like this in the preliminary stages and had to be trimmed down to meet a $25 price point. It wouldn't surprise me, knowing what the HF designers are capable of when not dealing with budget constraints (my favorite example has always been this beautiful MOC created by Christoffer Raundahl, the lead BIONICLE set designer and one of the creators of the HF building system that came out in 2011).
