If you read my most recent journal, this is the Lightning print I was referring to. I tried a technique from a tutorial by *PinkStripedMellon to create a digital drawing that looks like pencil. I actually like how it turned out, and I actually didn't have the settings completely correct. Haha.

I kept the coloring light, and decided to not color her hair. I dunno, I like it white, so I kept it that way. XD

But anyways people really liked it at the convention. I wasn't sure I was going to sell it because it felt incomplete with how simple it was. But I guess as the saying goes: less is more.

On a side note: while drawing this I happened to find out that their making another Final Fantasy XIII called "Lightnings Side" I think? This may just be me but I feel like they're milking this one a little too much. :/ I like Lightning in all but, there's no need to keep dragging out her story any further. Although I'm curious as to exactly what kind of game it will be, since they were kind of hush hush about it in the video I watched.
