This is so CUTE! 
You know, this scene was actually really amazing, showed how strong Sam is. Who has the guts to let someone cuff them to the sink when they're literally having junkie cravings? He did it willingly, heck, it was his idea! It's not even easy to ADMIT to it, and he actually got Dean to lock him up. Sam really doesn't get any credit from some SPN fans. Even within all his flaws, he's got some real strong qualities about him. And he's man enough to admit to his mistakes too. I love him. <3
