well unfortunatly their coming out with the CG movie first so it may still be a bit before the next game comes out but if they do they better not make it PS4 exclusive

theres not really a linear plot every game is mostly its own story
1. SLy gets revenge on the thieves who stole the thieveus racoonus and killed his father in the process
2.Sly collects all of the clockwerk parts (the main bad guy from the last game not to mention his whole clan) so that no one can misuse them ends up having to kill him all over again
3. Sly assembles a crack team of specialists in order to get into his family's ancestral safe and get all there loot)
4. SLy has to go back in time and stop the son of a rival bloodline of thieves from destroying his family's timeline by stealing the cooper clans most symbolic tool...their canes.
however the games are worth playing just because their really fun to play and funny as hell most of the time...plus all the characters are fun to follow

I bet they worth it. but a three things I should mention.
1) I don't have console. I'm typical PC gamer.
2) I got more than 20 games on my PC which I like and want to finish. Right now I'm paying in3-4 games and since I'm a quite average gamer it take some my time to finish. progress realy slow. for example I start playing Dragon age
3)when I start doing artwork, i lunch something on background:music, audiobook or a let's play

ah your like me with art but i play console handheld and PC although with PC i mostly do blizzard games (World of Warcraft,Diablo etc.) and i also enjoy replaying the Monkey Island games on the PC(well i have a Mac but i can still play alot of major games) and as for the Sly games just pick up the trilogy pack which is like 20 bucks used at a gamestop and start playing the first one and you'll see why its so addicting to play mainly for the story and to hear the conversations its like Jak and Daxter...and just as funny most times

they left the game on such a cliffhanger they can't NOT have a 5th game because sly is trapped back in time in Egypt especially now that Carmalita is part of the sly gang now too(i know she's interpol but we all know she loves sly)

That cliffhanger left me questioning how the other will get him, if they would re-build the time machine or find another way to retrieve him without messing with the space time continuum. But, I guess it'll have to wait until the movie gets made and Sony finds another game developer to create the next game or gets Sucker Punch back to create Sly 5. Plus, I wonder what Slytunkhamen Cooper II's personalty would be?
Which, I'll review since I'm a movie enthusiast.

not to mention of all of slys enemies penelope escaped from prison so we can probably expect to see her in the next game....im sure it won't go unanswered this series is too huge it may take some time but someone will pick it up again although they may not leave this game with a cliffhanger like the last few just in case.....wouldn't mind seeing a sly/carmalita wedding in the next ending

well considering they started out like Lupin and Zenigata (just different genders) and you could see the sparks between them (love on sly's end and well intense longing to catch on Carmilita's end) and by the third game considering she was willing to make him a cop because he "Lost" his "memory" and not turn him in to Interpol and that by the end of the last game she took the loss of him the hardest of all......god they just need to kiss and get married
