definitely a ghost and grass type. She gives off the vibe that she represents day of the dead but could appear to give comfort to those grieving using flowers and maybe on the actual day of the dead creates flowers and have them grow on the graves of the decease to honor them.
if there's a male variation he could do the same except he plays music to comfort those who grieve and honor the decease. if there's a pre-evolve it could evolve depending on gender, the male variation if its a boy and this form if its a girl. the pre-form could just bring comfort to those who grieve and the actual day of dead could do something that could honor the dead *like leave stuff on graves*
