Yes I have an Ecig, I'm 18 and its legal. Though mine is "clean" meaning its seriously nothing but flavored water vapors. I'm learning how to do smoke rings and stuff, and having a lot of fun just making myself look like a dragon/stoner in general XD Also I'm quite happy with my hair in this!

It's a Ecig, it has no bad stuff in it. Its just flavored water vapor cause I have asthma. Either way I'm 18 so I could pick up a real cig if I wanted.
