Hmm I'm not sure myself. Maybe at that time since I was using photoshop 6 to retouch colors I thought it should be considered digital. I dunno.

Well his work is mainly linked to comics, but his style is very similar to your work.
It combination of realism with a lighter touch, so there isnβt as much empahsism on exact details, its ends up with this cool colour wash.

this has so much motion...it expresses what i depict to be this guy's character. nervous. outwardly insecure. inwardly together. talented. buzzing.
-alright so Dashboard isn't my favorite...but their songs are so intense, and i feel like you conveyed this in your interpretation

This is really gorgeous. You should submit more of these looser paintings! I find they'remore beautiful and artistic then something that's exactly photo-realistic. I love the colours and textures and movement in the lines. This inspires me to get out my paints and experiment. I have to fave this, so I can stare at it some more. Awesome work!
