I have just finished mass effect 3 for the first time last night, and while I thought the ending was good and had potential, the way they went about it was kinda confusing.
It didn't explain what happened properly after the choice was made (I have done destroy and control endings so far as I replayed the last section to get a different ending), seeing the reapers and then the normandy crash land and that was about it. I would like some clarity to the ending but don't want them to change it.

It truly saddens me to see such an amazing development team hated for their creative vision. When Halo 2's ending was less than stellar, we didn't petition Bungie. When the new Medal of Honor came out, and it turned out to be over hyped, we didn't petition Danger Close and EA. You don't see people petitioning Team Ninja for making Ninja Gaiden 3, easily the worst in the series.
Why petition art? Let Bioware make the game they want, the way they want. If we are ever going to have the general public accept games as art, the gaming community cannot act like this. As a gamer and a huge fan of the Mass Effect franchise, I am honestly ashamed of the way people have treated the ending. It is rude and extremely disrespectful.
