after watching the scene from TLoS:ANB
with dragon eggs being destroyed by Malefor’s servants in Dragon Temple,
I feel really bad for all these unborn ones.
it’s sort of a creepy scene for a child friendly game
huh
So I tried to imagine a scene where Spyro
will be able to meet with poor forgotten souls
and listen to their cries.

I really love this idea - it reminds me a bit of the scene with the ghost children from Coraline, and I love how sad/creepy the mood of the piece is.

Beautiful yet sad and incredibly creepy. Almost as if the unborn hatchlings are jealous of Spyro for still being alive, like he's stealing their right to live, and cursing him as a punishment. The words in the background make it even more heartwrenching. Great piece of art, and I love the concept behind it.

Technically, the whole trilogy is rated E-10 for it’s darker theme compared to the original series. So while not entirely friendly towards children, it still delivers the message of the horrors of war.
