Description Sea foam depicted as a horse. Don't remember the date, I was in highschool. All I have to post now is this rather crappy old polaroid photo. Color is all off on the background...the electric and glowing blues were slaughtered beyond all Photoshop fixing (at least by me). I made a series of these stylized horses...fire, earth wind, etc. Just felt like putting up an actual painting...acrylic, I'm highly allergic to oil. Don't have many photos of my paintings; I didn't have a camera then and my dad only snapped the pictures he liked, which wasn't much.

This is awesome! I love horses, and this is just a really cool way to show one. I'm with the majority here, and love how the tail flows into the "foam"...or the foam creates the tail...or however it's supposed to go...lol. Just really nice!!

so, I just took this class for graphic novels and this one girl had an idea of a children's story about this seafoam-nymph that went through a whole ordeal to get a horse she really wanted. When I saw this (I think it was the day after class) I was like "whoa..."
Anyway, this looks wonderful! acrylics never did well with me, but you've got it down

Yep...get all splotchy and disoriented and have to get a shot. I love the effects that can be gotten with oils, but not the effects on me

Very nice! I like especially what was done with the tail, with all the bubbles (?) come in to form the horse. Or maybe I'm thinking backwards? Either way, the horse looks quite proud and strong, very majestic. ^-^
