Thought id post it a bit early cause i thought it was quite funny. i will edited later
This is shikamaru holding asumas and kurenais kid 'sarutobi' (i like dat name but its d surname so i think i might have to think of another name unless it says it in d manga :S).
Sarutobi has a crush on hinata so hes threatening shikamaru lol XD
. theres like a little mini rivalry between them to get hinatas attention lol XD, sarutobi is wining as u can see on d pic pulling shikas hair. score: sarutobi 1, shika 0. lol

Sorry to butt in, but, if you read the artist notes you would know that warrior-of-Ruin already stated that she already knew that Sarutobi was the kid's surname. She didn't want to name the kid yet because Kishimoto hasn't brought up any more mention about Kurenai, let alone the kid, so there currently is no first name for the kid, hence calling the baby 'Sarutobi Jr.' or the like.
Sorry to sound like a nag though, just trying to clear up a misunderstanding...
