When Itachi made Kabuto undo the Reanimation Jutsu and says his good buy to his little brother Sasuke, he also went to see Emo as well to say his goodbye as well while a storm loomed over them. Wrapping her arms around him, she embraces him as tears pour down her face and professes her love for him and begs him not to go. Itachi wrapped his arms around her as well but in a comforting way and says to her that it's going to be alright and that no matter where you go or wherever you are, I'm always with you and no matter what happens I will always love you. His body began to glow and his reanimated body began disintegrating and before his soul was released he kissed Emo's forehead before disappearing. Itachi's soul was released from the reanimated body and began passing on. Emo looks up to see him smiling back at her before descending towards the stormy skies and causing sunlight to pass through it and shoots down to Emo. Her eyes widen to see an image of Itachi's face through the clouds as he smiles down at her and sees like a tear stream down his face before disappearing. In that moment, the storm began dissipating and sunlight finally broke through. Emo, still looking up at the spot where she seen Itachi, puts her hand on her chest sensing a warm feeling coming from her heart remember what he said, "No matter where you go or no matter what happens, I will always love you".
