The gust of wind brought leaves over the walls at fort Durandal. The watermill which had kept its occupants alive through the siege of Tychus in 2394 AD had rusted into place. Centuries ahead of its time technologically, the fort was subdued by a traitor whose victims still haunted the ground to this day.

I've always had a liking to these sort of drawings, the ones that incorporate nature and how old-fashioned things used to be.

Yeah I love the idea of an alternate history, lost in time, overgrown and forgotten now. There's so much inspiration in that world.

I also like the of seeing the process of nature reclaiming what was hers to begin: decaying cars, mossy buildings, other things that say, βNature is beautiful, let it grow and flourish.β
