I've been trying to get better at my anime and start to find my own style of eyesso i broke out the value sketch kit that i had gotten from miku on my b_day and put it to good use
so far this is how I'm going to try and draw girls eyes or at least most girls eyes its still going to vary from character to character
anyway tell me what u guys think if u actually look at this

actually this is pretty dang good
your body proportioning is off but as far as the face goes you've done a very good job
your defently better than i was at the eyes

you just need to practice
do use a method to get you porportioning right
what i do is i measure the head size with my index and thumb and then use that to section out the paper

well this is a good reference if your using the skeleton then muscle bases and not just the outline
and as far as the shoulders go it depends
if the woman is very muscular than her shoulders would be broad but still feminine
but if you're going for the average girl or perhaps a cuter or vulnerable look then the shoulders should be small but at least as the hips

for her you probably want to give her slightly muscular shoulders that are square and confident
