Although Psyclops are born with rather weak and frail physical bodies, they hold great potential within themselves. As Psyclops mature, they learn to use their psychic abilities to manipulate electricity. Psyclops will harness electricity from any available source and use it to construct a large “body” made of energy in order to protect themselves. It has long been rumored that Psyclops are forever loyal to the mysterious legendary Pokémon of this region.
