Tina aka AreteEirene bought an Ice Cream Cake from Dairy Queen to take to the center where Linda aka Fubelle has been rehabilitating after having a stroke and a hernia that required surgery to separate her stomach and intestines. Linda's stepdaughter was up from Texas for a visit, so she and Tina presented the cake to Linda, so Linda could have a piece. Tina couldn't have any (corn is an ingredient and she's allergic) but Andrea did then the cake went to the nurses' station where it could be shared.
I was floored such a pretty cake could be purchased for immediate use
