Description I often put an extra bit of chips in my fudge since I like it a bit denser. Up to 1/2 cup more.

Fudge recipe can be altered for other flavors. Just substitute the chips for a different type/flavor. The bowl of fudge was cut into pieces near room temperature. The fudge was still cool but not warm so that the pieces cut easily and evenly.

Can be downloaded to get 1500 pixels across.

Thank you kindly. I didn't get a new batch of fudge made when visiting Tina and Linda (should have at least made it for Linda's birthday on July 3rd ) due to being SO busy over the Fourth weekend..... next trip......

This sounds absolutely heavenly .... hmmmm! I love dark chocolate and have recently learned that cows milk and I no longer get along. I'm eating goat cheese (which I love) and other non cow dairy products. I'll definitely have to try this. Thanks for sharing

You're welcome. I have had problems with dairy for decades. I buy not just goat's cheese but a rice/soy blend that is packaged like American Cheese in individual slices, which is good for sandwiches (on non-wheat bread of course). Thanks kindly for the fave. Let me know when you make the fudge and how you like it ~ I have a printable version I can note you if you want it

Thanks darling. I just came across goat milk yogurt. Definitely a different taste, but I think I might like it. I would love for you to note me the printable version so when things quiet down her a little, I can make it. I too use rice milk sometimes and started eating Ezikiel bread (think that is spelled wrong) and I really like that. There are so many more choices out there now, which is awesome.

I have it text edit. Do you want me to email it to you? I can copy into Word if you use Word. Just let me know.

I am glad I resent it out. I wondered if I should bother my watchers or not with the update.

The fudge is SO delicious (even if I say so myself) ~ I put one version in the local county fair and it won First Place ~ my extended family loves the fudge and the recipe makes a lot, so I'm able to spread it around when I make a batch... or two.... or three...

Wow, that looks really good! I've never actually made fudge before (probably because I'd eat it ALL after I made it ), but it looks like a good holiday treat to make!

This fudge is wonderful, if I do say so myself. Far better than you can get in the store or at a bakery. It is SO easy to make and it makes a lot!! I made the two batches and Tina made pumpkin-spice bread, thin cake and chocolate-chip cookies, all gluten-free (I made maple icing and buttercream icing, too for the bread and the cake) then we divided the goodies up into plates for relatives

Nice! I've made pumpkin spice bread before! and pumpkin chocolate chip bread- sooooooo delicious! It's great that you can make some awesome food that's gluten-free

There are loads of mixes that are gluten-free AND corn free and delicious!! Tina is really good at taking a mix and adding yummy stuff to make "new" cookies or cakes out of them... one sugar cookie mix she makes in snicker-doodles, one of my all-time favorite cookies.. love cinnamon sugar!!
