Arcade Classics: Donkey Kong 12x24
This is part of series that I was inspired to paint this past year. I wanted to turn my basement into an arcade but needed some art for the wall. I got the idea to create an Artcade by painting some of my favorite arcade games and displaying them around the basement. It started with Pac Man, Ms Pac Man, and Mario Bros (sorry but those are all still mine and on display). They looked cool and I was inspired to paint more. Donkey Kong is the first one I am releasing on Etsy and will be continuing the series with other great games like Joust, Burger Time, Frogger, and Qbert (look for these to pop up in the future). These are intricate paintings that require a lot of detail work so the process is a little slower to paint these.
