Oh yes, though I do think my linework has progressed a bit with the later pages. I mean, I don't have much more technical skill, but I do have a more solid and defined style for it now, so I can afford to be critical.

Yup, comes with experience... getting used to the style and media.
It sucks when your first comic pages (in a 6+ pages comic)
look way different than the later ones. Tech, style and mood.
The linework changes and gets eventually more relaxed

Yeah, that's what happens...
My early pages look stiff and rigid and other synonymous terms and hurrdurrawful, and the later pages are getting a strethched and distorted look because I don't always have the patience to sketch out the bodies beneath the clothing properly. .p

Funny thing though, it's the relaxed stuff that's usually more pleasant to look at, even if there actually is more mistakes. .p
I mean, a column of marching nazis in uniform maybe looks impressive, but we'd all still rather have them smoking weed and running about naked.

Anyhoo, yeah - I agree.
I actually prefer watching raw sketches over finished work.
They're more natural, and show the REAL style and line quality.
After all it's quite easy to boost shiz on Photoshop.
It's just that when I'm doing something myself,
I somehow have a goal to reach - the finished piece.
And that includes detailed sections and preplanned pictures.
But truthfully, most of my drawings are very loose, I rarely even sketch them...
Maybe that's why I'd LIKE to have a more strict style. My inner fascist child.
(Though I admire relaxed, natural lines.)

I mean, moods vary, and well, they just do 'cause it's natural. .p
Sometimes you just want to doodle a bit, and sometimes you have an clear image in your head that you have to get out in some media.
For me it's just that doing only sketches/wips or lazy ass pieces isn't enough to convince me that I'm as good an artist as I can be. And since art (if you really can call my pervy comics that .p ) is still something I for some unexplainable reason care about, I dislike performing below my skill level for any notable length of time. xP
So yeah, sometimes I just want to do something easy, unwind my head, and sometimes I have to show myself what I can do.
I find that my current comic works are at an fairly optimal balance for my brain; getting the lineart roughabout right is challenging enough, and the simple colors give it enough... color, so it doesn't look unfinished either. .p
As for sketching stuff properly before drawing it in detail, I think it's kind of funky how some scenes seem easier to do with a firm stick figure base underneath, while others, like say wrestling and fight scenes, are often easier to just figure out in your head and then just start with whatever's closest to the foreground.

Colouring is pretty fast, so I use it to "finish" my pics, too
Even simplest linearts look professional-ish with base colours.

Skanneri tieteskin ryssin ne värit, kun niistä tulee semmonen ihme kiilto pinta mitä se ei oikein sitten osaa tulkita.

Ööööjjoo, se tussi oli semmosta todella vetistä, et jos vähänkin suti yhtä kohtaa enemmän ni tuli lätäkkö. Meni myös helposti läpi paperista, vaikka siis aivan paksuhkoa piirtopaperia. .p
Ei siis mikään kunnon taide tussi, vaikka kyl silläkin jotakin tekee. ^^
Mmm. Skannaus. Tosiaan toimii parhaiten noille simppeleille viivateoksille mistä on helppo jälkikäteen korjata kaikki kummat sotkut. x)

Mmm. I've sorta tried to mimic a few details from the commonly seen anime/manga style faces, while still keeping otherwise strictly with an non-anime/manga style. :]
