My apologies for my inactivity on this. I was busy with homework and Ocarina of Time (What? That game is awesome). In any case, I tried again at the background making distant people and objects blurry much like liast time. It's a bit clunky in some aspects, but still manages to pull off desirable results (at least for me).
Last panel: I should receive an award for making the most awkward running poses.

A thing worth notice - every time you draw your characters running, they are leaned forward way too much - they would fall on their faces if that was for real. Even if I believed that they run so fast that they won't fall even in such position, they cannot accelerate to such speed from a standstill - and on this page, Devon and Ebeneezer were standing just a second ago.
