From what I saw on youtube, after what Leone did here, was only the beginning and gets better. For this foulest beast the minister, his death is well deserved when the rebels take their revenge.

The Minister was the foulest being ever. Slime bags like him deserve to die horribly. He's nothing but a fat, slobbering coward who uses the Emperor's power to do whatever he wants.
How Leone killed him in the anime was my favorite death scene. I can't wait to read the manga.
