Minccino/Chiramii/Chillarmy is based off the animal: chinchilla.

Wild chinchillas are a silver/grey color of various shades, however, bred chinchillas can have many variations in their fur pattern.

I wanted to explore this with Minccino.
I had a great deal of fun doing it!

I do not own Pokemon. I am a mere fan drone.

Minccino are so sweet!

I'm glad you love them all though. I went through this breeding site for chinchilla genetics and these are some of the things I saw (while adding some of Minccino's original markings).
