Very much like a Phoenix, it may double as a phoenix graphic in some areas, actually.this was actually the first to be drawn in the 4 holy beasts.

I read that the Chinese phoenix (or Feng) has a mixture of bird and fish features. I think the scale-looking feathers encompass that.
Nevertheless I like the crystal glassy appearance.
