In cases where Minato, from an unknown background, and Kushina, a survivor of her people, when married they would probably share names unless they show explicit desires to have one name.
(ex.) Minato Namikaze-Uzumaki and Kushina Namikaze-Uzumaki.
The husband's name would go first, followed by the wife's name. However, in the manga/anime, it gives hints that their marriage was a secret, since no civilian gave any indication that they knew Naruto's parentage unless they were smart and observant. The village all knew Kushina was pregnant, but not who the father was and they most likely saw her and her child as casualties of Kurama's attack.
