Black Magic: Capable of manipulating air, electricity, and shadow up to starting white witch capabilities. Cannot create air and electricity from thin air, but can create shadow. Can only sustain manipulation for a limited period of time.

Air: Can bend pre-existing wind and air currents to her will. Difficulty increases in an indoor area with stagnant air. Strong enough to blow light to moderate objects around, but can't bring harm to a person with wind alone
Electricity: Can bend pre-existing static electricity and currents, as well as power small to medium objects that require it. Cannot manage a lightning strike
Shadow: Capable of creating small amounts of harmless shadow, ability untrained

Curses: Starburst is capable of the following spells:

Physical protection: Can cast a shield to prevent physical harm for a limited duration of time

Shapeshifter: As an amulet witch, Starburst is capable of shapeshifting and recieving new forms as per cooldown rules

INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES

Sound Manipulation: By using her new magical connection to the element of air, Starburst is able to control the volume of music, other people, and herself to be really loud or completely inaudible. Cannot be used limitlessly without exhaustion, but can be manifested as a physical attack (like this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qjfeoz… )

Other:

- Buys clothes that glow 85% of the time. If her closet isn't a rave itself is she even trying

- Ears are officially larger than her legs
