I decided a wordless comic may be neat. one that’s made of simple images. (plus, I figure I’d better not go a full month without posting.)it will follow Amielia in her duel against an augmented Kig-yar named Jex M’kerre.

Anyways, Super Jackals were invented by a kig yar warband known as Eayn’s scourge during the dimension wars as a means to combat the Astartes forces deployed by the Colamarines.
Physically speaking, a super jackal is an apex predator. boasting supreme hearing, smell, strength, speed, night vision, and even natural camouflage in some strains. their main downfall is their short temper and the natural magpie-like persuit of valuable items found in normal Jackals.

well now, they were the best hope for Eayn’s scourge against the Astartes. it’s not to say they worked well. They were much too uncoordinated to be of much effect. Only after months of research and development did their scientists create a cure for their... misbehavior. Thus, the Super Jackal Alpha was created. These were handpicked (kidnapped) from some of the most cunning and commanding of Kig-Yar available. Alphas recieve similar augmentations to their relatives, the only difference is the mental faculties, which sacrifices heightened aggression for increased focus, making an already dangerous creature more cunning.
When an Alpha is introduced, Augmented Jackals become the threat they were intended to be. one such Alpha is Shipmistress-Captain Jex M’kerre, Alpha Super Jackals were engineered to unknowingly release pheromones that give much needed guidance to nearby Super Jackals, clearing their bloodlust and greed while giving them much more coordination, this lingers in this pack, enabling them to for many more intelligent actions, such as speech.
