She took a deep breath and nodded as she turns away and runs to her grandparents house not looking back not realizing that she may not be able to see her mom again.
A few weeks later after the incident Abby have made it safely to her grandparents house. She knocks on the door frantically and as they open the doors they notice that she was all alone tired and exhausted and they quickly bring her inside. They gave her a warm blanket food and a hot coco and slowly ask her what happened. She explains how she hated her high school and want to stay home and how her mother wanted to have a better life than she had before until a group of gang members attacked their neighborhood selling the house is on fire and her mother told her to come to her grandparents house and stay here and not looking back. They took a glance at each other and they knew the worst as Abby looks at them she ask well her mother come back and her grandmother looked at her and said that she may not come back at all. She was soon covered with scares and bruises, but they sees something coming towards them and runs off, Abby sees them running away she tried to regain her consciousness but soon passes out. Soon later that day she woke to a bed, unaware that she was brought here after the attacked occurred. She soon ask someone who was attending to her wounds where she was, they soon replied that she's at south side territory of the Udaya. She was surprised that she she made here, she soon asked that if it was alright to speak to their leader, one of them replied yes but not now, now she must rest. She nodded as she looked out at the window smiling a little knowing that her journey was about begin.

As she took all her sketchbook and stared to draw this as if she writing a story, she started to draw herself sitting next to tree watching the birds flying by seeing a beautiful clear sky and smiling after she was done she simply rights "will come home your life will changed forever".
