For some reason this makes me think of an image I say derpibooru where its got Rainbow dash with nutty crazy look on her face and sticking a medicine needle in herself with what looks like a fluttershy's cutie mark on it.

{I don't make cupcakes, I have Apple bloom make them for me. I do the, mannequin side of things. I find it much more entertaining and it provides me with beautiful masks for my costume parties. *smiles and sharpens knife further* Last year I went as Twist.
