Yea, I do mean the background. I was just wondering cause it looks real nice, I'm trying to find someone who orders Overlays or Underlays for their work cause I am trying to start a digital comic series. Both in classic still-panel and motion-comic.

most colorist should know how too, you just gotta what out for guy to use that sorta thing too much and their work looks hacky. if your looking to turn a comic it a motion comic it take alot of preplanning, you should contact the person doing the animation and talk thing over up front. this way theres less work for him/her in the back end!
