Verry impressive picture, and verry sweet looking, and i think this could be an awsome Manga of somekind. This character is yours? You should be proud because this character looks just plain awsome.
I think that some of the proportions are pretty good, but i don't think this scanned well, and the shading in the backround looks a little smudged, but it has a nice rain effect to it!
One thing i love about this is the clothing detail is absoloutly fantastic!
Vision: Looks amazing.
Orignality: Brilliant.
Technique: Well shaded.
Impact: This didn't look like much at first, but when i had a closer look i relised how well detailed it was.

Yes its my own character idea but i didn't think of a name!! no it didn't scan very well but i can't RE scan cause my little brother ripped it and shmudged it and now its ruined...
